(Another AV8RSTUFF Creation): In July 1992, VMAQ-2 split into 3 separate squadrons and formed VMAQ-1, -2, & -3. The "Playboys" of VMAQ-2 fly the Grumman EA-6B Prowler out of MCAS Cherry Point, NC. This patch is a throwback to the "old days" with the "Harley Quinn" girl! It has clouds in the shape of lips, and uses that new "hybrid" technology, giving the most detail on a stitched patch (hence the higher price unfortunately). May be my favorite patch of all time! This patch does have velcro attached.
