This is a LARGE backpatch that would be centered either on a flight jacket or helmet bag and is in the shape of the "COAT OF ARMS" shield. It says "WE ONLY PULL OUT ONCE" (bottom) and has sever pictures of events that took place while on cruise. This patch does not come with velcro attached.
