This is a cruise patch made for the VF-111 'Sundowners' that says 'WESTPAC\/I.O. SUNDOWNERS FEB-JUL 1990 across the bottom. It has the standard Japanese setting sun motif as well. What's uniqe about this patch is that the F-14 Tomcat is PINK!!! Was it a mistake or did one of the other squadrons have him make this as a joke? No idea, but he sent these recently as he's clearing out that room getting ready for retirement!
